Main Presentation: “Happy Mitochondria, Happy Life” by Dr. Bernd Friedlander, DC
Feb 28th, 2024 @ 9 am PST
Having a high metabolism and healthy mitochondria function lead to health and longevity. Diet and supplements contribute to a high metabolism. Most serious, chronic diseases, result not from our genes, but through lifestyle choices and environmental exposures. We are exposed to increasing toxins which harm our health and mitochondrial function. Two key toxins, which few think about are fluoride and blue / artificial light. Blue light and artificial lighting create neurological problems, disruption in brain in function, cancer, as well as disruptions in circadian rhythm and electron flow in the mitochondria. Fluoride robs electrons from the body and causes mitochondria dysfunction.
Mitochondrial health is essential to maintaining our health and live with vitality throughout our lives. High efficient mitochondria benefit the immune system, stem cells, cardiovascular, repair, brain function, bone, cartilage and attributes to longevity and health
Sungazing in the morning is very healthy for the mitochondria. It increases a compound called melanin. Melanin provides protection from oxidative stress, inflammation and chronic and degenerative diseases. It increases dopamine levels in the brain. Melanin, Bernd states, is the only substance that can chelate and remove heavy metal and toxins from the body. Sungazing is important for circadian rhythm and for the thalamus which resonates at a 7.3 Shuman resonance.
